The villainous Dr Egg has created a giant monster to destroy the forest. Toc, the brave little bear, and his friend Vicky, have to face this dangerous and apparently indestructible creature.

It seems to be an impossible mission, but in the end, Bob and Vicky manage to put a stop to the marauding menace.
